Rarely do you find an activity that simultaneously calms the mind, strengthens the body, and uplifts the soul. Gloria has found that yoga embodies all of these qualities, and she has made it one of her life’s goals to share its benefits with others.

She has completed over 200 hours of yoga training under the guidance of internationally recognized teachers and holds certification through Yoga Alliance. Gloria is also certified with 100 hours of training in Yoga Tune Up®, an integrative yoga therapy developed by Jill Miller, and has completed more than 200 hours of Qigong training with Lee Holden.

Her classes are designed for all levels, offering clear options for both beginners and advanced practitioners. She focuses on breaking down complex poses into simple, effective, and accessible movements, ensuring that every student feels supported and empowered.

With 15 years of yoga teaching and 6 years of Qigong experience, Gloria brings both depth and heart to her teaching. Currently an acupuncture intern at Five Branches University, she integrates Qigong, yoga, and acupuncture principles to help individuals cultivate balance, vitality, and holistic wellness.
