OUR MISSION
We are a state and federally approved nonprofit that works to expand and improve the training of aspiring Integrated Medicine practitioners.
The goal of the HeCares Foundation is to build an educational institution that will provide didactic and clinical training to acupuncturists, physicians, and other allied healthcare practitioners to aid in promoting communication and understanding between healthcare providers of various specialties.
OUR VALUES
HeCares Foundation has been an advocate for better quality in healthcare and medical education since 2018. Our founder and his team provide community medical service and educational activities to ease medical provider burdens and improve patient care quality.
The foundation sponsors and supports multiple educational activities and community medical outreach.

OUR FOUNDER
Frank He, L.Ac., QME, DAOM
Frank He, L.Ac., QME, DAOM is the founder of both the HeCares Foundation and the HeCares Integrative Medicine Center. He first established the HeCares Center as a multidisciplinary teaching clinic and then created the non-profit HeCares Foundation to further his mission to elevate the standard of integrative medicine.
