Xu He is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sports medicine specialist with over 15 years of clinical and research experience. She integrates Eastern and Western approaches to treat and prevent sports-related injuries, focusing on injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Xu has worked extensively with national and provincial-level athletes, providing individualized care and exercise prescription. She served as a medical expert for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Games and the Paris 2024 Olympic cycle. She has also published on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Xu holds a Master of Medicine (MM), Sports Medicine, and a Bachelor of Medicine (BM), Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics from Chengdu Sport University in China. She previously served as Associate Chief Physician at Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital.
In addition to treating patients, she also serves as a professor in the Master’s program at Whitewater University and is an approved Continuing Education provider contributing to the ongoing professional development of licensed acupuncturists in California.
