Viviana Puebla-Santoyo is passionate about promoting health, wellness, and personal growth through integrative care. With a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and compassion, she strives to empower individuals and communities.

As Operations Manager at HeCares Foundation, Viviana oversees clinic operations and educational initiatives. Her prior experience as an Admissions and Registrar professional at a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) school deepened her understanding of holistic healthcare and student development.

Driven by her dedication to caring for her family and her belief in preventive, natural medicine, Viviana is currently pursuing her Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at the University of East-West Medicine in Sunnyvale, CA.

Outside of her studies, Viviana enjoys time with her two children, coaching soccer, and advocating for female athletes.
