Chia-Pei (Amber) Chang

Chia-Pei Chang is a dedicated acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) intern with a strong international background in both classical and modern Chinese medicine training. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine in Chinese Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, one of China’s leading TCM institutions, where her graduation thesis on the clinical efficacy of fire-needle treatment for migraine was nominated for the Outstanding Undergraduate Graduation Thesis award.

Chia-Pei is currently pursuing her Master of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (MAcCHM) at University of East-West Medicine.
Her clinical experience includes extensive internship training at Dongzhimen Hospital and Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she rotated through multiple inpatient and outpatient departments, collaborated with attending physicians, and participated in patient care, medical documentation, and supervised Tuina treatments.

Chia-Pei has also pursued specialized mentorships in headache and facial pain treatment, dermatology, pulse diagnosis, and acupuncture techniques. Through these experiences, she developed focused interests in migraine management, insomnia, dermatological conditions, facial nerve paralysis, and holistic patient-centered care.
